"PINIARTORSSUAQ" (Grand chasseur en Kallaalisut)

Sculptures inspirées de l'art et de la chasse inuit. En 2019, lors de mes échanges avec les habitants d’Akunnaaq, au Groenland, je vais avoir la chance de découvrir des créations et des objets à base de peau et d’os d’animaux. Ce sont des trésors intimes, représentant l’héritage d’une culture plus ancienne et d’une pratique basée sur la survie, dévoilés autour d’un café chez l’habitant.

 

"PINIARTORSSUAQ" (Great hunter in Kallaalisut)

​Sculptures inspired by Inuit art and hunting. In 2019, during my exchanges with the inhabitants of Akunnaaq, Greenland, I will have the chance to discover creations and objects made from animal skin and bones. These are intimate treasures, representing the heritage of an older culture and a practice based on survival, unveiled over a cup of coffee in the local people's home.
